New: American Indian Tipi Village in Germany's biggest leisure park - campfire and adventurous atmosphere

How about sitting around a campfire, watching the sunset on a mild spring evening, and looking forward to a night in an authentic American Indian tent? Beginning in the 2003 season, the new Tipi Village in the Europa-Park Resort gets you in the mood for real adventures.

Feeling like a real Native American in the prairie - and that in Germany's largest theme park? That will be possible starting in the 2003 season when the Europa-Park Resort is extended by a new adventure-style accommodation: the Tipi - a mysterious cone made of small poles covered with a large canvas.  Located in a natural setting, the Tipi is the ideal lodging opportunity for visitors who look for adventure. The term "Tipi? comes from the Native American language and means "dwelling?. Altogether, there will be 22 five- and twelve-bed Tipis with 194 beds available. All guests need to bring is a sleeping bag. Visitors as "Native Americans?, situated in a scenic landscape, can still make use of modern sanitary facilities, a kiosk for supplies, diverse sports complexes, a playground and an idyllic lake for swimming - all located only five minutes away from the main entrance of Europa-Park.

As a supporter of the foundation ?Sport in der Schule Baden-Württemberg" and ?Olympianachwuchs Baden-Württemberg?, Europa-Park wants to offer, especially to young people, the opportunity to have meaningful leisure activities in a group.  Particularly for school classes, a trip to Europa-Park, whose mission is "learning with fun in Europa-Park?, can be very educational as well as adventurous.  The theme park offers a variety of educational means to combine adventure with knowledge and fascination with fun.  Europa-Park's "Knowledge Rallye? can be used to support this type of fun learning.

The prices per bed/day in the Tipi Village are Euro 10,- for school classes and Euro 12,- for groups, including electricity and the use of sanitary facilities. For detailed information call +49-7822-860-5566.  Upon request, teachers and bus drivers have the possibility to lodge in a mobile home or in the guesthouse. Breakfast will be offered in the Tipi Village at the beginning of the 2003 season.

Due to the great demand, Europa-Park has decided to improve the quality of the Youth Camp as well as to expand the camping opportunities.  That means more space for more fun.  Whether it's an adventure in the Tipi Village or a comfortable stay in the camper - the Europa-Park Resort has the perfect lodging options for all ages and tastes. Interested in traveling with your own camper or caravan to Europa-Park, spending the night under your own roof, and enjoying carefree days full of variety? Especially families increasingly make use of this type of "adventure tourism?. Europa-Park has adjusted to this trend and therefore 200 parking spots for campers and caravans are available.
