International Award for Germany's biggest theme park: Golden Pony Award goes to Europa-Park

On October 28^th 2005, Europa-Park has been honoured by the international trade magazine "Games and Parks Industry? with the Golden Pony Award 2005 for "the creativity, the enterprise and the courage that have brought about the constant development and growth of one of the most beautiful theme parks in the world?.

Only a few months after Europa-Park has been elected among the ten most fun theme parks worldwide by the internationally renowned business magazine "Forbes?, the leisure park was now able to gain another international award. Since 2003, the Golden Pony Award is given to outstanding companies in the leisure sector and on October 28^th, Europa-Park was honoured with the award during a gala evening in Genova. This prize is yet another confirmation for the successful concept of the largest seasonal leisure park worldwide, which celebrates its 30^th birthday in 2005.

Europa-Park opens its doors for the "magical Winter Weeks? from November 26^th 2005 until January 8^th 2006 (except December 24^th/25^th). During the winter season, the visitors can enter a magical winter wonderland with romantic Christmas decoration, many fascinating shows, numerous surprises and adventurous attractions for the whole family.
