‘Krønasår Boutique Suites’

Dreamlike overnight stays in an exclusive ambience

Thousands of lakes, hiker-friendly forests and picturesque mountains: Scandinavia offers an extraordinary variety of opportunities to relax and unwind. In the new suites of hotel 'Krønasår', the 'Krønasår Boutique Suites', guests can experience exactly that as they switch off from the stress of everyday life and enjoy unforgettable moments in luxurious rooms. In order to make all of this as smooth as possible, guests can look forward to direct ground floor access to the new 160 square metre infinity pool. Furthermore, there is a separate check-in for the guests of the 'Krønasår Boutique Suites', to ensure the holiday is relaxed from the very start. Seven of the eleven suites take guests to the far North. Four other suites feature a futuristic furnishing style based on the new gastronomy event concept 'Eatrenalin', which is also located in the immediate vicinity of the eleven suites. This event concept involved all departments within the Mack group of companies working together in an unprecedented way. Media, technology, ride systems, cuisine and creative content have all been combined into a top-class experience. The futuristic-style suites go perfectly with this experience, being exclusively furnished and allowing guests to immerse themselves in new worlds. Architect, authorised signatory and shareholder of Europa-Park, Ann-Kathrin Mack, was primarily responsible for these suites and the new pool house.

The individually designed rooms of the 'Krønasår Boutique Suites' ensure a wonderful night’s stay. The premium presidential suite 'Seeland' takes up to four people on a journey to the largest island in the Baltic Sea, where guests can look forward to the Danish attitude towards life. The other suites, consisting of six premium presidential suites with a private sauna and a cosy relaxation area for up to four people, are also furnished in Scandinavian design. 'Dalarna' is based on the central Swedish region of the same name, with great wooded, hilly landscapes and traditional Swedish houses. Guests can experience exceptional comfort in the 'Skanden' suite, which imitates the Scandinavian mountains in colours of green, grey and beige. 'Lappland' exudes an atmosphere of clarity with its many shades of blue, reminiscent of the part of Scandinavia north of the Arctic Circle. 'Lappland' and 'Skanden' can also be connected via a door, offering even more space for unique time spent here. Guests are taken to ‘Telemark’, a former province of Norway, in the comfortable suite of the same name. The premium presidential suite 'Spitzbergen' presents cool, clear tones, showing the main island of an archipelago in the North Atlantic. The western part of Denmark, located on the Kimbrian peninsula, is represented in the ‘Jutland’ suite. It reflects the multifaceted landscape, offering guests the perfect atmosphere to relax with different cosy shades of green. All premium presidential suites are two-storey and have a particularly homely atmosphere.

Four more suites are based on the 'Eatrenalin' event concept. An absolute highlight are the rotating beds, made by the parent company Mack Rides from Waldkirch. A new ride system with an extra quiet motor was specially developed for this purpose that allows the beds, which appear to be embedded in the floor, to rotate. The Premium Penthouse Suites 'Swan' and 'Ocean' offer a private steam bath for up to two people and futuristic, clear furnishings. The Premium Penthouse Suites 'Northern Light' and 'Fir Tree' are each equipped with a private sauna and other exclusive amenities. These also feature an interior based on 'Eatrenalin'.

The youngest hotel in Europa-Park has other highlights to offer in addition to the eleven new suites. In the restaurant 'Bubba Svens', which resembles an old boathouse, there are delicacies to get every seafarer's heart beating faster. In the fine dining restaurant 'Tre Krønen', guests have the choice between clever meat and fish dishes, traditional stews and many other delicacies taken from the seasonal and down-to-earth 'Nordic cuisine'. The cosy 'Café Konditori' entices guests with home-made cakes and patisserie. In the 'Bubba Svens SportsBar’, visitors can leave everyday life behind with billiards, darts and table football, as well as reenergise at the ship's bar with cold drinks and delicious food. The 'Bar Erikssøn’ rounds off the vast offering, combining Nordic bread specialties with skilful toppings 'à la smørrebrød' and an extensive range of aquavits.

Overnight guests can also look forward to a comprehensive range of fitness and sauna facilities across a total area of more than 400 square metres. In addition to a bio sauna with a gentle temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, the sauna area also offers a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Relax in comfortable sun loungers on the 110 square metre outdoor terrace. Another highlight is the large gable roof with comfortable sunbathing areas that feature a unique atmosphere of wellness thanks to the Nordic theming and a huge glass front that leads to the Rulantica water world. If visitors want to not only relax, but also keep fit, they will find a selection of different training equipment here.

Additionally, you can experience even more eventful moments in the Europa-Park Resort, consisting of Europa-Park, Rulantica and six hotels as well as YULLBE. At Germany's largest theme park, guests can look forward to a romantic boat ride in the Austria themed area. In Rulantica, enjoy water fun under the South Baden sun and cool off in the ‘Tønnevirvel’ ride. Guests of the 4* superior hotel 'Krønasår - The Museum Hotel' can enjoy direct access to Rulantica. With a valid ticket, hotel guests can also access and make use of the entire water world one hour before regular opening hours. Right next to Rulantica, visitors can immerse themselves in new worlds at the VR experience YULLBE. A short break in Rust in southern Baden is perfectly rounded off by an exclusive dinner in the 'Eatrenalin' restaurant, which is currently being built right next to the hotel 'Krønasår’.
